Insanity Max 30 Progress Update and Meal Plan

Your positive energy and vision must be greater than anyone's and everyone's negativity.
- Jon Gordon

A few weeks ago I was feeling awfully sluggish, not real motivated, and bored with my daily routine in terms of health and fitness.  When that happens, I know one thing that needs to change.  MY WORKOUT.  Like many others, I get bored from doing the same thing over and over again so switching things up a bit not only gets me re-motivated, but it's good for my body. All programs work your muscles differently so changing things up every now and then is one way to help break a plateau.

Insanity Max 30, Personal Development, 21 Day Fix, Meal Planning, 21 Day Fix Meal Plan, Shakeology, 3 Day Refresh, The Energy Bus, Clean Eating Recipes, Lisa Decker, Successfully Fit SO, I {insanely} decided to start back up with Insanity Max 30. I know, I'm crazy. LOL  I'm not
exactly a "cardio junkie" but I felt pulled towards that program to help me lose some final pounds and give the weights a rest.  I have to admit, the first several days I doubted my decision. I wasn't sure if I could really get through it.  I had to (and still have to) modify throughout and sometimes can't quite keep up with the infamous, Shaun T.  But you know what?  THAT'S OK!!

One thing I stress to my challengers in my accountability groups is that as long as you are giving 100% of yourself to your workouts, it's O.K. to modify!  We are all at different levels in terms of fitness. When it comes down to it, you can't expect to see a change if you don't make one, right?!

As my journey has continued,  I completed the first workout of WEEK 3 this morning.  My "max out" times are improving and the modifications are getting less and less.  I am happy with my progress thus far and plan to continue. Insanity Max 30 is a pretty intense workout if you are looking for something new.  A lot of people are afraid to give it a try (I was too) but to be honest, if you start off following the modifier it's really not all that bad.  You will end your workout dripping in sweat and feeling stronger than ever. It's crazy how Shaun T can create a program that implements strength training without the use of weights.  Between the push-ups, tricep dips, and squats / jumps, believe me, you don't have to worry about not having weights!

The nutrition plan with this program is similar to that of the 21 Day Fix, which is the color coded portion control containers / system. This is the nutrition plan that I have been using for YEARS with some small tweaks here and there.  I find it to be simple, and once you get the hang of it, easy to plan out.  I love that it's real food yet not anything crazy expensive.

Insanity Max 30, Personal Development, 21 Day Fix, Meal Planning, 21 Day Fix Meal Plan, Shakeology, 3 Day Refresh, The Energy Bus, Clean Eating Recipes, Lisa Decker, Successfully Fit As always I do still drink my chocolate Shakeology daily! It's something that I would never give up. In fact, I could probably count on one hand how many times in the past 3 1/2 years I missed a day.  I love starting my day with it and the benefits outweigh any cons or resistance that people have towards it.

As you can see in my plan above, I am also implementing a 3 Day Refresh this week. I am heading out of town next weekend and would love to drop a few pounds, get rid of the bloat, and give my body a good cleanse.  The 3 Day Refresh is perfect for that.  I always feel energized and fantastic after it's over! Stay tuned for my results!

Chicken Rice Soup - Instant Pot

It's cold, snowy, and the PERFECT day for some warm soup! I tried out a new Instant Pot recipe last night for dinner and it was so delicious, I wanted to get it up on my blog! And, it was an Instant Pot success, which is few and far between for me right now! My hubby took the rather large container of leftovers to work this morning so that is my indicator that this needs to go on that dinner rotation list!

Side note - this is the first time I tried making a soup in my Instant Pot and WOW!  Something that I would normally let sit in a crock pot for hours took about 30 minutes from start to finish! If you had some foods prepped it would take even less!

-If you don't have an Instant Pot, check out the Clean Eating recipes tab for a slow cooker Chicken Rice recipe. -

Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Ingredients:
Clean Eating, Instant Pot Soup, Instant Pot Recipes, Chicken Rice Soup, Instant Pot Chicken Rice Soup
Instant Pot Chicken Rice Soup
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts - chopped in to approximate 1/2 inch to 1 inch pieces
  • 6 cups of low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cup rice (I used brown rice)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions:
  1. Turn on Instant Pot to the saute mode and add coconut oil.
  2. Add the celery, carrots, and onion.  Saute for about 3-4 minutes or until veggies begin to soften.
  3. Place chopped chicken breasts in to the pot.
  4. Add the broth, thyme, and garlic powder.
  5. Stir in uncooked rice (frozen rice is fine too).
  6. Stir ingredients and be sure chicken stays towards the bottom.
  7. Set the Instant Pot for 12-15 minutes (I did 13) on high pressure.  Allowing the pressure to released naturally will give you the best flavor; however, for time sake I did let some of the pressure out to speed up the process.
  8. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Serve and Enjoy!

Spring into Shape Accountability Group and Giveaway

Despite the upcoming snow storm here in Central PA, Spring IS eventually around the corner and I for one can't wait! I am ready to ditch the sweaters and pull out the tanks and tees!  So, in honor of the first day of Spring, I am kicking off my virtual Spring into Shape Accountability Group!

It was about 4 years ago  right around this time that I realized that I needed to make a lifestyle change.  Looking back, it's amazing how far I have come in the kitchen.  For starters, I don't love to cook. So, when I got married in 2005 and took on the responsibility of feeding someone else, I had to rethink my cereal dinners. πŸ™„ Instead, I got in to the groove of having a very small dinner rotation list that consisted of tacos, pasta, pizza, chicken salad (loaded with french fries), and processed frozen skillet meals because, hey, they were quick and easy!  We can't forget the weekend take-out too.  My weekly menu didn't veer much off that path.  My poor husband was a trooper because he never once complained!  Heck we didn't even realize the weight we were slowly gaining in the time span of the first several years of our marriage.  Don't get me wrong, we weren't necessarily extremely over weight but we certainly were not healthy.

Once I had kids, and had yet another responsibility at the dinner table, I knew things had to change.  So, like many, I went online and bought a fitness program that "guaranteed" results and I even joined a nutrition program that some other co workers were involved in.  But you see, the problem was, it wasn't working too well for me.  I would get my workouts in pretty much every day, I cut out a few junk snacks here and there, but I still wasn't getting any results.  That's frustrating!!  Nutrition was a mind game for me.  I would justify eating chips, knowing that I didn't have much for dinner.  Or, I would be great with my food choices throughout the day and figured I "deserved" that bowl of ice cream while lounging on the coach watching TV.

21 Day Fix, Accountability, Beachbody Coach Group, Clean Eating group, Health and Fitness Online Groups, Lisa Decker, Meal Planning, Meal Plans, Spring Health and Fitness group, Successfully Fit, Support,ShakeologyWhen I had that "ah-ha" moment and realized that I needed help, I decided to join in on a virtual accountability group. After all, I didn't know any of the girls in the group except the leader, so oddly enough, I didn't have a problem sharing my lifestyle and being held accountable.

→The first step I took was to invest in a home fitness program.  At that point, I had a 1 and a 3 year old so going to the gym did not sound appealing to me, at all.
→ The second step I took was to invest in some sort of shake called Shakeology.  I had no clue what I was getting myself in to but at that point, I knew I needed to try something different.  It came with a money back guarantee and all I kept hearing about was that it was a "healthy  milkshake."  Based on a little research, I knew it was going to provide me with my daily dose of nutrients, and claimed to give me some energy, which I desperately needed!

⇢ The third step was the online accountability group that I was added to.  I did feel a little crazy for joining the group because I not only knew none of the other participants, but I wasn't so sure how I could get on track to being healthy within a group that wasn't even face-to-face.

BUT, I did it!  I pushed those fears aside and I decided that it was time for a change.

Here I am, almost 4 years later,  thinking about how scared, anxious, and nervous my new customers are as they enter my groups each month.  I get it!  Some times taking this non traditional approach is "the last straw."

While yes, I was the one exercising, meal planning, meal prepping, and getting back to being healthy, the group not only provided me with TONS of information, but also support, motivation, and accountability so that I could reach my goals. It was then that I decided to activate my Coach status and help others feel the same positive benefits that I did.

I was a busy mom of 2 little ones.  I worked full time (at the time).  I dealt with the stress of a busy life. I get it!!  It's those crazy busy moms that typically join in my groups.

On March 20th, I am kicking off my Spring Clean Up Accountability group and am looking for up to 8 new women to support, guide, and help on their journey to a healthy lifestyle.  We will follow the same steps that I took just about 4 years ago when I made the big decision too!  It's OK if you are scared, nervous, anxious, and have no clue what you are getting yourself in to.  It's normal to feel nervous when you start a change like this.

In my groups I go through a one week planning period where I help all of my new customers get planned and prepped for the week.  That way you are both physically and mentally ready to begin. There's nothing like starting this journey PREPARED!  Throughout the rest of the 4 week group I will provide daily motivation, support, accountability and even share my recipes, tips, and tricks that have worked for me and my family.

Yes, it's hard work to get and stay healthy.  It takes dedication.  But honestly, once you are in the groove and you have created those healthy habits, it becomes a lifestyle change. This is not a quick fix diet or group.  Once you join my groups you are more than welcome to continue in them on a monthly basis.

So what do you say?  Are you in?

With the Spring season coming up, I am offering some pretty awesome giveaways for those who commit. They are only while supplies last!  Your commitment means:
1. I am your Team Beachbody Coach ✓
2. You commit to the group with a Beachbody Challenge Pack which includes a fitness program (which I will help / give you suggestions on), a month supply of Shakeology, and of course access to the group!  This does come with a guarantee as well.  ✓

*Please note: The Amazon Fire TV Stick is for someone who purchases the All Access Beachbody on Demand pack which includes every single fitness program, deluxe workouts, and new 2017 workouts as they are released.

Meal Planning Tips for a Healthy Lifestye

meal planning 101, meal planning, meal planning tips, healthy meal plan, meal plan template, healthy living tips, meal prep, Successfully Fit, Lisa Decker, 21 day fix

Meal Planning....it's something that I don't necessarily LOVE doing; but, it's something that is a necessity, for me.  I talk and teach about meal planning in my accountability groups because it has been such a strong factor in getting me and my family on track to a healthy lifestyle. It has also allowed me to free up time during the week, especially on the nights that we are busy with the kids activities.  I will admit, it can be a tedious process but once you get in to the groove, it's really not bad at all!  And, it's totally worth it!  So, today I am going to share with you my tips on getting started with your plan...
meal planning 101, meal planning, meal planning tips, healthy meal plan, meal plan template, healthy living tips, meal prep, Successfully Fit, Lisa Decker, 21 day fix

meal planning 101, meal planning, meal planning tips, healthy meal plan, meal plan template, healthy living tips, meal prep, Successfully Fit, Lisa Decker, 21 day fix Step 1: Find a template that works for you.  Sure, you can THINK about what you plan to eat throughout the week but having it in writing is so much easier, especially if you are following any kind of nutrition program.   I personally prefer a template that I created on my computer.  I pull it up each week and delete / add my new meals.  It's a quicker process, especially when a lot of your meals are generally the same.  Another planner that I have grown to love, especially if you are a pencil / paper person, is the Erin Condren Wellness planner.  It's a small, thin, handheld booklet that is pretty inexpensive.  It will fit in most normal sized purses so you could even take it with you and track throughout the day!

meal planning 101, meal planning, meal planning tips, healthy meal plan, meal plan template, healthy living tips, meal prep, Successfully Fit, Lisa Decker, 21 day fix Step 2: Map out your meal times and work outs. This is SUCH an important step!  I often hear people say that they will work out "in the morning" or "after work."  It makes sense.  I get it.  I used to do the same.  But my times were never planned out.  I would get up, do what I needed to do in the morning then get a workout in; or, I would go through my day knowing that I would squeeze my workout in later.  That resulted in missed workouts and me justifying it by saying "I didn't have time I'll double up tomorrow."  (and we all know that the "double" didn't happen the next day).  Now, I put a time to my workouts.  I know that at 6:30am each morning I have an appointment with my cross trainers, laptop, and weights.  It's an appointment that is scheduled and that, unless an emergency, I don't cancel.  But here's the thing. Sometimes 7:00am simply can't happen.  THAT is why having a plan is AWESOME.  If I know that I won't be available at my "normal" time, then I make sure I have it scheduled in at a different time when I do my plan.
-->The same goes with my meals.  I am able to look at my week ahead and know when I will have the time to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and also my two snacks throughout the day.  If something comes up, if I get too busy and have to switch times, it's not a big deal!  BUT, having that plan in place provides me a structure and something that I can follow.  If you have a consistent work schedule then you probably don't have much control of your breakfast, snacks, and lunch time, which essentially may make things easier.

Step 3: Plan your dinners first.  This may be a personal preference, but, I tend to have my most variety in my dinners.  So, I plan those out AND I decide if I am going to make extra to have for leftovers.  Why? Because leftovers can be used for lunch the next day, making my planning even easier! A past meal plan of mine is posted below. I personally follow a portion controlled nutrition plan so if you don't understand the number and letters under my meals that's what it is.  I am a huge fan of this system because it has truly helped me understand what foods are most nutritionally dense and how much of them I should be eating in order to meet my goals.
meal planning 101, meal planning, meal planning tips, healthy meal plan, meal plan template, healthy living tips, meal prep, Successfully Fit, Lisa Decker, 21 day fix

Step 4: Plan out breakfast, lunch, and snacks.  Once my dinners are planned I am able to go in and add in the other meals.  I personally find it easier to plan for the same breakfast (or two) throughout the week to simplify the process. The same goes for lunch with the exception of the days where I may have leftovers.  Plan in bulk - what does that mean?  Unless you are someone who HAS to have a ton of variety in foods throughout the week, I recommend sticking to the same one or two breakfast / lunch / snacks throughout the week and varying your dinners. By doing so you have less planning, less prep, and it's cheaper!

Step 5: Meal Prep.  This is a big one!  Prepping as much of your food for the week as possible can be a lifesaver!  Obviously there are foods that can't be prepped so focusing on what you CAN prep is key. Here are some ideas:
* Egg Muffins:  I prep up to 8, which is 4 days worth.
*Overnight Oats can be prepped in mason jars.
* Chicken - you can grill a few chicken breasts to chop in to salads or have in wraps throughout the week.
meal planning 101, meal planning, meal planning tips, healthy meal plan, meal plan template, healthy living tips, meal prep, Successfully Fit, Lisa Decker, 21 day fix * Veggies - chop veggies to have as snacks or for upcoming recipes
* Ground Turkey - like chicken, you can cook up some ground turkey to have in wraps, on salads, or in sandwiches
BONUS TIP:  If you are able to prep snacks like fruits and veggies, keep the baggies or storage containers at eye level in the fridge.  Don't hide them away in the drawers at the bottom!  That way, when you open the refrigerator it's right there waiting for you with nothing else tempting in the way.

Step 6: Hang your plan on the refrigerator or place on your kitchen counter. This is the easiest step! Having that plan in the kitchen, where you will see it every single day will help to keep you on track.  Obviously the most important part is actually sticking to it, but I find it easier when that plan is in my sight any time I walk in the kitchen.

There you have it! Those are my meal planning tips that I follow pretty much every single weekend. Yes, it looks like a lot but once you get in to the habit it becomes second nature.  Once I find a meal / snack that I like, it goes in my rotation list so that when I sit down to plan, I check that list out and pick what I want! They are foods that I know I like, that fill me up, and that have already been implemented in the past.  The longer you meal plan the bigger your list will come. Trust me when I say, once you get in to this habit, on the weeks that you DON'T plan, you'll see what difference it makes.

A peek in to my Beachbody Coaching experiences and an opportunity for YOU!

Mondays.... you either love them or you hate them, right?  I have to admit, I used to get that pit in my stomach by Sunday evenings because I absolutely dreaded Mondays.  I always felt like it was the start to a new, forever long, week.   I feel quite the opposite now.  I no longer dread the start of a new week, I actually look forward to it! I am a firm believer that if you truly love what you do then you never feel like you have to "work."  One of my goals today was to sit down and write a blog post since it's been a little while.

When I sat down to think of a topic, it dawned on me that it's been quite some time since I've posted about the Coaching opportunity, where I'm at, and where it could take YOU. I go through many conversations each month helping others figure out whether or not Coaching would be a good fit and almost every single conversation involves the same series of questions.  I figured I'd address them right here and offer you an opportunity to learn more, for free of course, this week!

A little background on me....

I am a former elementary teacher of 8 years.  I have a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and am also certified to teach middle school mathematics. Prior to having children there was no doubt in my mind that I would end my career at a retirement age in the classroom.  When my girls came along my feelings started to make a shift. Like any new mom leaving my first born (and eventually both of my girls) with a baby sitter who got to see them almost as much, if not more, than I did left me with tons of guilt.  MANY parents deal with that feeling and it's not fun.  Between the guilt and administrative changes with my job, I simply wasn't happy. For about one year I spent a ton of time researching different jobs that I could get with my degree but nothing ever came about.  Most dinner time topics revolved around me complaining, which we all know doesn't make for a great environment.  Fast-forward to my 8th year of teaching.  It was Spring time, I finally joined the Facebook community, and I kept seeing a college friend of mine post about working out, eating healthy, being happy, and working from home designing her life with a flexible schedule to raise her kids. Every time I saw her post it spoke to me more and more but I will admit, I gave the eye roll several times. But, in the back of my mind I kept thinking...why can't I do that?  After a few discussions with my husband, I had a phone conversation with my friend about Beachbody Coaching and her monthly accountability groups.  I figured it wouldn't hurt to learn a bit more about being a healthier "me" and dropping a few pounds so I thought.....why not?!  I guess you could say it was a bit of an impulse decision but I had that gut feeling that this was a good choice. I immediately signed up as a Coach, joined an accountability group, and took some time making myself a priority.  With a 1 and 3 year old at home, I can't say it was easy.  Getting more strict with my nutrition and incorporating daily workouts in to my already crazy schedule took time and adjusting.  I was about a month in to my 60 day group when I realized that I could take the leadership role in a group and teach others the same way I was being taught. After all, teaching was (and is) my background!

So, while I was on my own journey, I decided to go ahead and get my business started too.
* I had ZERO social media background.
* I am generally a quiet person.
* I was certainly not a salesperson.
* I really didn't have the time to start up my own business.

BUT I WAS:
* Teachable
* Driven
* Passionate
and
* Motivated

Sure, I may get eye rolls but guess what, that's ok!  Was it awkward to start sharing my journey for everyone to see on social media? As a pretty private person, you bet it was!  When it came down to it; however, I really wanted people to see what I was doing, how I was doing it, and hopefully get some to join me so that I could share my tips that were working for me!

Becoming a Beachbody Coach, Become a Beachbody Coach, How to become a Beachbody Coach, Home Fitness Business, Work from Home Business, Work from home health and fitness business, Successfully Fit, Lisa Decker Like others, I found (and still find) meal planning and cooking to be a bit of a pain.  I'm not a nutritionist.  I'm not an incredible cook; but, I know the old me will come right out if I don't stick with it.  The old me used to wonder each day what in the world to eat. More often than not I had a stash of frozen processed skillet meals in the freezer.  One of the first changes I made was to incorporate Shakeology in to my daily diet. I knew darn well that I wasn't getting nearly the amount of vitamins and minerals that I should be getting.  Having something convenient yet healthy with two little ones needing my attention sounded perfect to me.  To this day, I almost NEVER miss a day!

My point in sharing these first two pieces of information is to show that I am a product of the product.  The way I started to incorporate that in to my Coaching business was the simple process of SHARING it.  It's really not easier said than done!  People are ALWAYS looking for something to try that will help them lose weight and/or get "healthy."  The easiest thing I did, and do, as a Coach is share my journey and my tips along the way!

It was for people who didn't have their life together.  That wasn't me, right? WRONG! I can't tell you how much personal development has helped me through the years.  I always have some sort of podcast, book, or Youtube video that I am reading / watching.  Whether it be PD on confidence, growing as a leader, or running a business, there is an endless amount!  I have recently incorporated personal development in to my online accountability groups and have been getting great feedback!

Becoming a Beachbody Coach, Become a Beachbody Coach, How to become a Beachbody Coach, Home Fitness Business, Work from Home Business, Work from home health and fitness business, Successfully Fit, Lisa Decker The daily actions that are helping me grow as an individual, as a mother, and as a wife are all incorporated in to my business.   Rather than doing these tasks silently; however, I am sharing with others what I do.  If it weren't for my personal Coach sharing HER experiences, I most likely wouldn't even be where I am at today, which is being able to create my life by design rather than have a job that controls my life.

Throughout the past 3 1/2 years I have formed friendships that mean the world to me.  I have met other women who have that similar drive and passion that I do and rather than being competitors, we ENCOURAGE each other!  We all come from different backgrounds. Some are teachers, some are in the medical field, others are in the corporate world while a handful are stay at home / work from home moms of little ones.  One thing we all have in common is our passion and drive to help others.

Because I have made the step to publicly share my health and fitness journey (the ups and the downs) as well as continually help others do the same, I have been able to give my family more of ME.  I am more present.  I am happier.  I am able to provide income and have even earned three Caribbean trips to take my husband on!  BONUS!
Like any other job, there are definitely those good and bad days.  On those bad days, I always encourage people to think of their "why."  For me, my "why" is in the picture to the left.  My husband and I have very strong feelings about wanting to provide and be the best parents as we possibly can.  I want to be there to drop them off and pick them up from school.  I want to be able to drop what I am doing with minimal inconvenience if something comes up.  I want to be able to take them on trips and let them experience the freedom that is possible.  And because of that, I got the courage to try something unconventional if it meant giving me the life I was wanting.

Time is of the essence.  We all have busy schedules but when it comes down to it, you make time for things that are important to you.  When I started Coaching I had no clue how I was going to make it work. I had 2 babies at home, I was already exhausted and free time was non existent.  It was an accomplishment to get my workout in!  What happened to me was a mindset shift.  I had to re prioritize my day, eliminate things like watching mindless TV in the evenings, scrolling Facebook for an hour and yes, I did sacrifice a little sleep. At the beginning, before my kids started going to preschool, I focused on a solid "power hour" each night where I went through different trainings, listened to some calls, and completed the tasks that I needed to do in order to get my business up and running.  It took determination, discipline, and time management.  Was it, and is it, worth it?  Absolutely!  Making changes and new priorities in life isn't always easy but once you get in to the groove, it becomes a new habit.

Now that you have a little "inside look" of some aspects of my business, I'd like to offer you an opportunity to learn more!  On Wednesday, March 1st I am running a 3 day virtual glimpse in to what Coaching is all about.  I will cover topics like:
* Do you have to be at your "goal body?"
* Do you need to be a nutritionist?
* How do you make money?
*What is an online accountability group?

Greek Chicken Pasta

I have a DELICIOUS recipe for you!  This was a hit with the fam so of course, it's now on the dinner rotation!  I hope your family enjoys it as much as mine!
**I do want to note that most Greek Chicken recipes include a 14 ounce can of marinated artichokes (drained and chopped) but my husband and I are not artichoke fans.  Feel free to add them if you are!**

Love Your Body Challenge

πŸ’—February is HERE and Valentine's Day is right around the corner!  Seriously, can these days go any faster?  I am preparing to kick off my Love You Body Challenge and wanted to get this post out to anyone who is interested.  As I'm typing this I'm looking out at the inches of snow that have accumulated throughout the past 24 hours and if I'm being honest, dreading having to go out in the 26 degree temperatures for my daughter's gymnastic class tonight.  This is that classic time of year where many people have somewhat given up on their New Year "get healthy" resolutions and the comfort food has set in. If you are anything like me then you are also living in big comfy sweaters with leggings. But, we all know that Spring really is quickly approaching and that means the thinner clothing that don't necessarily "cover everything up" will be out.  My goal in every single virtual accountability group that I run is to help every woman in the group gain confidence in the skin they're in.  We are all shaped differently and aside from a main goal of "getting healthy," our goals of where we want our bodies and health to be vary.

🍎My January Health Bet and Project YOU groups will be coming to an end and I am combining the support and motivation to create my Love Your Body Challenge. This group is open to anyone who is not actively working with a Beachbody Coach.

★How Does It Work?
I have decided to run this group through a closed Facebook group which means only the group members can see what is being posted.  Throughout the group we will work together to encourage, inspire, and motivation each other to get {and stay} healthy!  My role as the leader of the group is to not only provide motivation, but to also provide daily group and 1:1 support. I provide my meal plans, meal plan templates, recipes, tips that have worked for me and my family, and so much more!

★When Does the Group Begin?
The group beings with a planning week on Monday, February 20th!  I feel that getting planned and prep to begin your health and fitness journey is essential to your success. So, the goal of planning week it to get both physically AND mentally ready to begin! Once planning week is over the group will last for 4 additional weeks!

★What is the requirement?
The group itself is free of charge for my personal customers and a Beachbody Challenge Pack contains the required products that we use.  A Challenge Pack is the one stop purchase to getting the success you are looking for! It contains:
Love Your Body Challenge, Online Health and Fitness groups, Meal Planning, 21 Day Fix, Home Fitness, Health and Fitness Accountability, Fitness Support, Healthy Recipes, Successfully Fit, Lisa Decker
Shakeology
  • A fitness program of choice OR Beachbody on Demand All Access (don't worry, I will give you recommendations based on your needs, interests, and goals).  All programs contain the workouts, workout schedule, nutrition plan, many contain a set of portion control containers and even a bonus workout! Workouts are only about 30 minutes per day!
  • A month supply of Shakeology which is a nutritionally dense shake that provides you with your daily dose of nutrients!  It's one meal that you don't have to plan out or even think about, not to mention it's delicious and convenient!  But don't worry, you are going to be sucking down shakes all day. Shakeology is used for 1 meal or snack each day and you will still be getting 4 to 5 meals/ snacks in too!
  • Discounted shipping of $2 (which you definitely can't beat!)
  • A 30 day trial to Beachbody on Demand, which is AWESOME!!! BOD is where you can stream your workouts right from your computer, phone, tablet, or smart TV!  (This trial is not applicable with the All Access Challenge Pack.)
  •  ME as your Coach! This will give you access to my monthly accountability groups along with my Love Your Body Challenge!
  • Guarantee on all products!

★How Do I Sign Up?

I will then be in touch within 24 hours!  If for some reason you are having trouble with the application below you can also email me at lisamariedecker@yahoo.com with subject line: Love Your Body Challenge and again, I will be in touch within 24 hours.

★How many spots are available?
With every group I run, this one included, I reserve a bulk number of spots for my current customers / challengers and add up to 8 brand new customers.  I current have 6 new spots left and I know they will be gone by the time the group starts!

I can't say enough about how many lives have been changed with the right products and most importantly, the accountability.  This entire change happens in the comfort of your own home, on your own time, and you still have the social support!

So, I am looking for women who want to completely transform and tone their bodies like never before. I don't focus on "skinny" I focus on HEALTHY.  🍎🍎🍎

There are NO quick fixes here, just good old fashioned hard work  and dedication.
→No Counting Calories
→No Counting Points
→No Starving Yourself
→Ladies, you can even keep your chocolate and wine too!

So what do you say? Are you in?   Are you ready to take that step in to being a happier, healthier, YOU?!  Fill out the application below or email me at lisamariedecker@yahoo.com and I will be in touch!
