There is nothing like a nice warm stew on a cool Fall day! This is a good one to cook all day in your kitchen. It smells delicious!! It's a pretty basic recipe so you can add other veggies if you want or even take some of them out!
- 1-2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breast (chopped)
- 2 cups carrots, chopped
- 4 cups red potatoes, chopped
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder, thyme, oregano, basil, marjoram, and black pepper
- 4 cups low sodium chicken broth
Place ALL ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for the day (about 8 hours). Simple as that!
