I have found yet another wonderful recipe to share! I am not a huge fish person; however, I have been trying to accumulate a variety of recipes so that we aren't always eating the "same old dinners."
Here it is! Southwestern Tilapia!
Ingredients:
-
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/.4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 lime
Directions:
Preheat over to 450 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix spices together.
Drizzle each fillet with olive oil.
Sprinkle each fillet with the mixture of spices.
Squeeze lime juice over the fillets.
Flip the fillets over and repeat steps 3-5.
Place on baking sheet and bake until golden brown and flesh begins to flake (approximately 10 minutes).
